Error 11 - Authentication Error

Cause of Error 11

Error 11 is registered when the game client can't contact the Authentication server. This is caused by a firewall issue and means that the first step of authentication is not reaching the authentication server. The error message received is:

"Error ID 11 - The login process was unsuccessful because the client was unable to connect to any authentication server."
