Creating a Hardware Report
A hardware report allows the support team to understand your hardware configuration in detail and may be requested to help troubleshoot hardware or configuration issues. Since the implementation of the 2.0 Istaria launcher, these reports may be created and submitted easily through the launcher.
If requested to create a report, please follow these steps:

If requested to create a report, please follow these steps:
- Log in through the Launcher
- Click the Configuration button
- Click the View Specs button; after a moment, your hardware specs will pop up
- Click Update
Your hardware report has now been updated with the server and may be used by support to resolve any hardware or configuration tickets you submit.
along with possible email, login name or character names.
