My Character is Missing!

Character Missing at Launcher

This perception is most likely caused by our normal weekly maintenance on Tuesdays. Chaos and Order are offline during this time, and characters on those shards will not appear on the launcher.

If you are experiencing this problem at a time other than a Tuesday, please submit a support ticket.  We will need the name of the character you are trying to log into, the shard that character is on, and when you last played the character.
