Submitting Support Logs

As a new feature of the latest client, you will sometimes see a message that comes up asking if you wish to submit support logs.  If this window comes up, hit Yes.  This will automatically generate logs and send them right to our technical team.  

There is no need to submit a support ticket after you've sent in logs.

If you don't know your login or password, please send an email to [email protected],
along with possible email, login name or character names.
