A single account in Istaria may have many subscriptions with each subscription providing various services and features in-game.

Returning Players
If you're a returning player and would like some free trial time, please contact Support through https://support.istaria.com so they can adjust your account.
If you're a returning player and would like to participate in the Free Access program, please contact Customer Support. Free Access is only valid for a single human character, so Support will need to help with reducing the number of characters on your account or deleting your old account. The other option is to create a new account with a different email address.

To modify or adjust your subscriptions, please log in at https://accounts.istaria.com
along with possible email, login name or character names.
