Update Credit Card

Changing Your Credit Card Expiration Date
Please note that updating of credit card information is only supported for direct credit card payments. If you used PayPal, Moneybookers, etc. as your payment method, you will need to login to that billing provider's web site.
Steps to Change Your Expiration Date
  1. Login to https://accounts.istaria.com
  2. Click "Update Credit Card Info" at the top right corner of the screen (under Useful Links). NOTE: You will only see this link if you have a recurring subscription.  Non-recurring subscriptions do not need to be edited as you will simply add a new subscription with new info.
  3. Enter all your information
  4. Click "Update Info" button at the bottom of the screen
The next time your subscription is billed, it will use the new information.
